Shipping & Returns

Shipping & Delivery:

  • Shipping methods include Priority, Ground and Express.
  • All items over $150 are subject to free shipping.
  • Order information should be verified as shipment cannot be redirected or modified upon dispatch.
  • An order confirmation email will be sent following your purchase.
  • Please allow for a 2-3 day processing period.
  • A second email will be sent following shipment with order details and tracking.
  • International shipping is offered to limited countries.
  • All international packages may be subject to duties and taxes of which the customer is responsible for.

Return Policy:

  • All items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged and with original tags attached.
  • All items are returnable, with the exception of the items marked final sale.
  • Returns must be requested 30 days or less from the original order date to be eligible for refund or store credit.
  • Returns will only be accepted with a return authorization.
  • You must ship your items no more than 7 days after your return authorization is received.
  • If you do not ship your return within 7 days, your order will be eligible for store credit only.
  • Once item(s) have been received and inspected for damage, then the return will be processed for a refund or a store credit depending upon the request or return policy.
  • Items returned for each order that total less than $150 are subject to a $10 return shipping/restocking fee. No combining orders.
  • International orders are final sale and are not eligible for returns at this time.
  • ONA reserves the right to refuse any returned item that does not comply with our return policy.

      

    How to Place a Return:

      1. Request a return authorization no more than 30 days from the order date by emailing support@onawear.com. Include the following information in your return request:
        1. Order number
        2. Order date
        3. Item name
        4. Item size
        5. Your name
        6. Shipping address
        7. Reason for return
        8. Specify if you wish to receive a refund to your original form of payment or store credit.
      2. Once your return is authorized, you will receive a pre-paid shipping label. Print and affix the shipping label to the outside of your return package.
      3. Drop off your return package at the specified shipper no more than 7 days from the receipt of the return authorization to qualify for a refund. Authorized returns shipped more than 7 days from the date of the return authorization will be subject to store credit only. Orders less than $150 are subject to a $10 return shipping/restocking fee.
